SyncGuard Terms of Service

Effective: August 11, 2026

By installing or using SyncGuard, you agree to these terms. You must be authorized to administer the connected Shopify store and eBay seller account and comply with both platform terms.

Service

SyncGuard provides read-only reconciliation findings. Findings are informational and do not replace inventory controls, accounting records, or merchant review. SyncGuard does not automatically change products, prices, listings, or inventory.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Scheduled reports depend on Shopify, eBay, and hosting availability. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing and correcting marketplace state.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it to violate law or third-party rights. Access may be suspended to protect the service or other merchants.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SyncGuard is provided as available without warranties, and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding three months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
